1. BACKGROUND AND SCOPE

1. Svipe has entered into an agreement (specified in the “Svipe Bot Terms of Service” here referred to as Bot ToS) with the Discord Server Owner (here referenced as DSO) to use the Discord Bot ( here referenced as bot) for various verification services. This Private Policy forms an integral part of the Bot ToS.

2. Parties acknowledge and agree that Svipe apart from offering the bot, also operates and manages an electronic identity platform where End-users create a reusable Mobile ID based on their biometric ID-documents and face and liveness verification. The Mobile ID is used in the bots verification of the End-Users. The relationship between the End-User and Svipe for the creation of the Mobile ID and sharing of data from it is governed by the Svipe T&C and Svipe PP found on www.svipe.com.

3. In order to provide the bot services of verifying age, nationality or sex (to mention a few use-cases) the bot will process limited personal data that is being shared with the bot by the End-Users under a explicit consent.

4. It is acknowledged that the bot does not provide the DSO with any personal data. The DSO will only receive, indirectly as a result of the End-User verification, the status confirming whether the End-Users qualify towards the set parameter of the service. For example if the End-User has the status of being at the age of eighteen (18) years or higher.

5. The bot is operated by Svipe, meaning that no personal data is ever shared directly with Discord.

2. SCOPE OF THE PRIVATE POLICY

1. This private policy described how data is managed and how it is transferred between the End-Use, the bot and the DSO for the purpose of carrying out safe, yet anonymous verifications on Discord.

3. THE CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

1. The Data processed by the bot is limited to some of the following personal data in order to provide its services according to the Bot ToS:

Data collected by the bot from the End-User.

a) Nationality

b) Date of Birth

c) Gender

4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. During the use of the Services, the bot processes Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Law, the instructions of the bot and the consent of the End-User.

2. Any Personal Data that is processed by the bot on behalf of the DSO is irrevocably and automatically deleted or irrevocably made unidentifiable or, irrevocably deleted or made unidentifiable.
